At Simple Choise Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy applies to all countries where we ship.


1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.

After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.


2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., in-ear headphones, brushes, opened cosmetics, etc.)


3. Return Procedure
To request a return, please contact us at:

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos or videos of the item (if defective or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.


4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos of the problem

In these cases, we will cover all return or replacement shipping costs.


7. International Orders
For international shipments:

  • Shipping and return fees are non-refundable (unless it’s our mistake)

  • Local duties and taxes are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility
